Clifton 420 Shoulder Rebate Plane
Fine mouthed shoulder rebate plane no 420 by Clifton. Built with precise ground parallel machined body, made from high quality grey iron. The cutter is steel hardened to Rockwell 59-61C allowing the blade to stay sharper for longer, the blade depth can be finely adjusted by means of a screw adjuster nut.
The Clifton 420 is much like the 042 model of shoulder plane that Record used to produce in both build design and quality.
Body measures 19mm wide by 203mm along base of plane.
