How can I pay for goods?
Oldtools accept all major credit and debit cards online as well
as e-cheques and PayPal payments, your details are protected by the industry Standard

How do I buy an item online?
Simply, when you find the item you wish to buy click on the “add to cart” button once. You will be taken to a secure area that shows the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to carry on shopping simply press the “continue shopping” button – the contents of your basket will remain in the basket click here for shopping guide information

When will my goods be delivered?
Most items will be delivered to your door within 3-5 working days
of payment clearance.

Can you deliver overseas?
We are currently delivering throughout the UK including Ireland
and other offshore locations. Oldtools is planning for 2006 to upgrade
the shopping cart system to allow world wide purchases. In the meanwhile
we are happy to deliver most items to the US, Canada,
France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden,
Finland, Switzerland and Austria via prior arrangement. Purchases
from outside the UK mainland may incur extra delivery costs. Please
contact us with the item(s) you wish to purchase, Old Tools will
then calculate and inform you of the delivery costs.

Will I be notified about the staus of my order?
Oldtools will keep you informed on the progress of goods. You will
recieve two emails, when you first place the order an automatic
email will be sent almost immediately to the emails address you
provided, this is to confirm oldtools have recieved your order.
A final email will be sent to you once your order has been processed,
packed and dispatched.

How will my goods be delivered?
The dispatch method varies depending on weight and size of the
order. Oldtools currently use the following dispatch methods:
Royal Mail (Standard Parcels)
Royal Mail (Recorded delivery)
Royal Mail (Special delivery)
Courier (DHL)
(Please note most goods must be signed for on arrival.)

Can you send me details of your latest products and offers?
You may join our mailing list. Simply click on the "home"
button at the top of the page and then enter your email address
in the box on the left hand side (just below the "New In"
text), make sure "subscribe" is selected from the drop
down menu, then press the "Go" button. Alternatively please
email us with your request to sign up to our newsletter along with
the email address you would like the newsletters sent to.
Your details will be safe and not passed onto any third parties.
Oldtools will only send you appropriate details, we won't bombard
you with with mail.

Is unsubscribing from your mailing list easy?
Simply click on the "home" button at the top of the
page and then enter your email address in the box on the left hand
side (just below the "New In" text) select unsubscribe
from the drop down menu, then click the "Go" button. Alternatively
please email us with your request to unsubscribe from our newsletter
along with the email address you would like unsubsribed.

I'm looking for a cerain tool would you inform me if you
get any?
Oldtools will be happy to keep an eye out for specific tools. Simply
provide Oldtools with with the tools your after and if Oldtools
have any in its backlog we will notify you, to which you are under
no obligation to buy the item if you do choose to buy.

Do you provide valuations of tools?
Old tools have currently suspended valuations due to the volume
of requests.

Could you send me extra photos of an item i'm interested
in buyng?
If you require extra photos of a product you're interested in on
this website, please email us with your request.

Can I Return an unwanted item?
You may return unwanted goods providing:
Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.
The goods must be returned in their original condition along with
packaging.
You must contact Odtools before returning goods. Contact
form.
The return delivery of unwanted goods are non-refundable.
You are responsible for returning unwanted goods safely, items should
have appropriate insurance cover as you are responsible for returning
items in their original condition.
