Henry Taylor Heavy Duty Socket Firmer Chisels (1" and 2")
Two heavy duty socket firmer chisels by Henry Taylor (Diamic Brand) measuring 1 inch and 2 inch wide.
These woodworking chisels are made with a hardwood handle with a steel hoop fitted to the striking end of handle to resist splitting.
The chisel blades are a lot thicker than ordinary firmer chisel blades and are carefully forged, correctly hardened and tempered, then hardness-tested to guarantee edge retention. This chisel has a very thick and long socket for added strength and durability. Blades are honed and sharpened ready to use.
