Rosewood Marples Mitre Square 10"

A well designed and decorative Trial Range 1 mitre square incorporating 3mm thick brass strips on both outside and inside faces to ensure accuracy on the inside and outside edges. The square has a spring steel blade that has been has been chemically blacked, secured to the stock with decorative brass diamond washers and steel rivets.

This nicely engineered tool is modelled on early high quality Marples Trial Range 1 square designs made over 70 years ago.
