SHOPPING GUIDE
This guide helps answers any confusion you may have when trying
to shop online.
How do I buy a product?
Simply, when you find the item you wish to buy click on the “add
to cart” button once. You will be taken to a secure area that
shows the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to carry on
shopping simply press the “continue shopping” button
– the contents of your basket will remain in the basket.
What if I don’t want the product once I have placed it in
my basket?
To remove items from the shopping basket simply click on the “view
cart” button (if you are not on the shopping cart page). Once
on the shopping cart page – click the tick box (in the “remove”
column) next to the item(s) you wish to remove and then click the
“update basket” button.
How do I view the contents of my basket?
Simply click on the “view cart” button located in the
top right hand corner of the web page.
What do I need to buy an item(s)?
A valid email address
A credit/debit card or PayPal account
How do I pay?
Once you have placed the item(s) you wish to buy in the shopping
basket simply click on the “view cart” button (if you
are not on the shopping cart page). Once on the shopping cart page
- click on the “secure checkout” page to begin the payment
process for purchasing the contents of your shopping trolley.
Paying by Credit/Debit Card:
If you wish to pay by credit/debit card click on the button that
says “click here”. You will be taken to a “dispatching
information” page where you must enter the address that you
wish the item(s) delivered to (preferably the credit card billing
address). Click on the “continue checkout” button. You
will be taken to a “billing information” page where
you must enter you card details, billing address, email address,
home telephone number and enter a security code displayed on the
page. Click on the “continue checkout” button. You will
then be taken to a page asking you to confirm your order.
Paying by PayPal:
If you wish to pay by PayPal - enter you PayPal login details in
the email and password boxes and then click the “continue”
button.
What if I change my mind whilst in the process of paying for my
item(s)?
As long as you don’t press the “confirm payment”
button once you have entered your account details, then you can
cancel the payment process at any time by simply pressing the “cancel”
button.
