UK and Europe Delivery and Returns
UK DELIVERY
Old Tools delivers throughout the UK. Most items are usually dispatched within two working days of payment being received. An email will be sent to the customer once the item has been processed and dispatched (providing the customer supplies a valid email address). Delivery will arrive via Royal Mail or courier such as DHL, UPS or similar. After dispatch most items should be delivered within 2-5 working days. Cost of delivery ranges from £2.95 - £7.50 depending on the size and weight of the parcel, £7.50 for parcel's over 2kg and upto 30kg in weight.

The large majority of items will need to be signed for on arrival. Parcels will be returned to the couriers local depot if the customer is not present at the delivery address at time of delivery. The courier will leave a calling card with further details. Customers are able to either rearrange delivery by contacting the courier or the customer can collect the item from the couriers local depot. After 7 working days most couriers will return the parcel to the sender (Old Tools) if they have been unsuccessful in delivering the parcel. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days from the time of dispatch, please ensure to contact your local depot or please contact us.
Delivery is displayed on proceeding to the checkout and varies depending on the quantity and size of parcels.
UK DELIVERY COSTS
Old Tools UK delivery costs are based on the cheapest and most reliable delivery route/service. Old Tools delivery prices vary due to weight, value, and size differences from item to item.
* Republic of Ireland are charged at 'Europe' rates on all parcels, please select 'Europe' on checkout for Republic of Ireland deliveries.
* Northern Ireland, and most UK islands are charged at 'Europe' rates for parcels weighing 2kg or more.
* Northern Ireland, and most UK islands are charged at UK rates for parcels weighing under 2kg.

RETURNS POLICY
Old Tools offer a 14 day money back guarantee on receipt of goods purchased from this website, so if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within the time period. We do not accept items returned without the customer firstly making an arrangement with us to do so and secondly the customer receiving an acknowledgment from us to allow them to do so. The buyer is responsible for all postage return costs. We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit, so for your own protection, we advise that you use a traceable service that provides product compensation for any losses or damages.
Damage to returned items that wasn't previously stated by the buyer in prior communications will be treated as return postal damage and as such the responsibility for any claim will be solely with the buyer, we will assist you in any way we can with verifying a claim with the shipping agent. The item should be returned in the condition that it arrived in along with the packaging. Failure to meet these requirements will invalidate the guarantee. Simply follow these requirements and you will receive a full refund for the item in question.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the eventuality that an item is found to be damaged on arrival, please retain all packaging and please retain the damaged item concerned. It is essential all of the packaging and the damaged item is kept. Failure to do so may forfeit a refund being issued for the damaged product. Please report the finding of a damaged item to the Old Tools team within seven days of the item being delivered. To help process a claim we would ask that you kindly email through some photographs of the damaged item (taking care to highlight the damaged area), and a photograph of all of the packaging. If you are unable to take phtoographs, please let the Old Tools team know. |  |
