An old mortice gauge made by Wm Marples, Hibernia.

Stanley no. 95 butt gauge. This old tool is Stanley no. 95 made In USA. Retains an estimated 80% of its nickel plating with staining to body. Face is marked out in inches up to 2 inch long. Retains good length cutters.

A lovely old ebony slitting gauge with brass face and fittings. Head is very faintly marked Mitchell Eastbourne. This old ebony slitting gauge has a crack through the base that measures 75mm long. A lovely old collectable tool.

Stanley no. 95 butt gauge, cast is marked Pat'd No. 95 - 2-28-11.This old tool retains an estimated 50% of its nickel plating.

A lovely brass stem mortice gauge with ebony head. This old tool has a few minor dents to the brass stem and head. Ebony head is very faintly marked with the previous woodworkers initials. Has short length points just over 2mm long.

A rosewood mortice gauge with decorative brass fittings. Haas a number of dents and wear to edges through use.

Beech marking gauge no. 64 made by Stanley New Britain Conn USA. Has a boxwood thumb screw, marking gauge is marked out in inches up to 6". Pin has been replaced.

A mortice and marking gauge made by Marples, includes:
1 x rosewood mortice gauge with brass adjuster and fittings, marked Marples made in England.
1 x beech marking gauge with boxwood thumb screw made by Marples. Also marked with the ministry arrow and date of 1941. The pin has been replace to the opposite end of the beech rod.

A brass stem mortice gauge with ebony head, has a small chip to underside of head (10mm long). This old tool has a number of dents to the brass stem and head. Retains 3mm long sharp points.

An old rosewood mortice gauge with brass fittings made by W. Marples & Sons. Has some ware to top part of the stem. This collectable Mortice guage retains the original box marked Marples Tools Shamrock Brand, Wm Marples & Sons Ltd Hibernia Works, Sheffield, England, Warranted, also marked with the clover leaf logo.

1 x Robinson Hall slitting gauge with brass plated head and boxwood thumb screw,
1 x marking gauge unnamed with boxwood thumb screw, marked with some denting.
