Leather gunpowder flask with brass tube made by Dixon & Sons. Measures are marked 1 1/4oz and 1 1/2oz. Leather case has a decorative embossed picture of 2 hounds. Brass tube has some discolouration. Pin on brass lever has been replaced by previous user with a piece of wire.

An old copper gunpowder flask embossed with a decorative pattern to both sides of the flask. Retains working spring, gunpowder measure lacks pin.

A rosewood truncheon in good condition with a small number of only minor dents, lacks strap.

An old Enfield Rifle Brass Oil Bottle stamped EFD, N3 E, also marked with the crown logo plus another logo that appears to be in the shape of a bird. This brass tool is in good condition, retains rubber washer.

Powder flask with a leather pouch, has a very small hole in one side of the pouch. Leather is worn in places though to be expected for its old age. Spout / powder dispenser is capable of two measures of powder. Spout is silver coloured though no visible hall marks. The spout is marked oz, 1 by first slot and 1 1/8” by second slot.

Special Constabulary Long Service Medal, Medal is marked ‘For Faithful Service in the Special Constabulary’, reverse reads ‘Georgius V Rex Et Ind Imp’. This medal was to Gilbert Darlington. Ribbon is warn with some staining (see photo). This medal was instituted in 1919 and awarded to those who served for nine years’ unpaid service with more than 50 duties performed each year.

Leather gun holster that has belt straps to rear of holster (see enlarged photo). Measures 190mm wide by 295mm long overall.
