An old compass plane made by Union. Retains a good length cutter marked Union MFG. CO New Britain CT USA. The plane has some slight loss of nickel plating to the front adjuster knob. Lateral adjuster lever has been bent and so the lateral adjustment is limited though still useable. Body maintains an estimated 80-85% of its japanning. Flexible steel sole is marked with some small patches of pitting and black staining.
