Preston Architects Folding Rule Ref: MI703 A boxwood folding rule marked E. Preston & Sons B’Ham Eng, Trade marked EP (Preston logo) Warranted Box, also marked Hayward Hookey & Towell. When closed the rule is slightly sprung, outside of rule has faded slightly with some marks and staining. Inside of rule is clean and clearly marked and has bevelled edges to insides of the rule, hinge is marked with some angled measurements. The measurements are marked out in inches on both sides up to 24” long overall. A nice old collectable Preston folding rule that maintains one locating pin. Manufacturer: E.
