SOLD Marples Boxwood Mortice Chisels

Two boxwood handled mortice chisels with brass ferles and leather washers. The largest woodworking mortice chisel measures 9mm (3/8”) wide, blade to washer measures 178mm and overall the tool measures 345mm long, handle has a 16m hairline crack. The smaller mortice chisel measures 6mm (2/8”) wide, blade to washer measures 170mm and overall the tool measures 325mm, both woodworking chisels are marked W. Marples & Sons Sheffield England.
