3 Chesterman Contraction Rules

A collection of 3 different sized contraction rules all made by Chesterman with measurements in inches. The largest rule is marked No 1296D and reads Cont N 1/77 the reverse side of the rule also reads 1/77 and measures 24” long.

The Medium sized rule is marked no 1958D Cont’N 1/96 and Cont’N 1/64, reverse side reads 1/120 and 1/77 and measures 12” long.

The smallest of the contraction rules is marked 721F 1/40 and 1/30, reverse side is marked 1/44.
