An unused holdfast, no M146, made in Sheffield England by Record Tools Ltd. Box is marked “Marples M146 holdfast, a third hand – work of any shape which needs to be supported in position can be held firmly to the bench top, leaving both hands free. Maximum reach 7 1/16" /180mm, Maximum opening 7 5/8”/195mm. This tool comes complete with the original Record how to use booklet and Marples box.
