	Stanley Rule and Level Transitional Smoother A beech transitional smoothing plane, marked to front end Stanley Rule & Level Co no 24. Retains a good length cutter marked Stanley PAT APL 19.92. This old Stanley plane has a number of patches of black staining to the wooden body, there are 6-8 scratches on the sole of the plane and the lever cap has been repainted at some point, reflected in the price.
