A shortened profiled moulding plane. Rear of plane is marked ‘3/8’.
This is part of the late Jim Kingshott collection who was a true master craftsman in the woodworking industry who made and also modified tools and has written books from his extensive knowledge on them, with books like 'Making and modifying tools', 'sharpening pocket reference book', woodworkers guide to joints' to name a few.
Condition: retains a good length cutter with clean blade face, has burn marks to front end and a number of previous woodworkers name stamps ,see photographs for condition.
