Side rabbet plane no. 98 made by Stanley with rosewood knob. Cast is marked PAT'd, Jan.29.95. The letter 'B' has been punched into rear side of plane by previous user. Plane is fitted with a near full length unnamed cutter. Body retains little of the original finish.
