This plane has been repaired where the depth stop sits (depth stop mechanism works freely and fine).
Comes with 1 cutter and depth stop (Stanley depth stop shoe).
The cutter cutting edge has been skewed.
If additional cutters are required, the Veritas router cutters just about fit as long as you invert the blade depth adjust screw.
