The handle is marked ‘Pat’d Nov 28 1893’.
The outer steel shell is marked ‘Horrace E Britton, Stoughton, Mass, USA’ and ‘Patent Improved Nov 28 1893’.
Condition: a couple of spots of black staining / pitting, usual dents and scratches on the handle
