An old quite rare Marples Jointer Plane No. M7 (no. 7) fitted with W Marples plane cutter, Rosewood rear handle and front knob (the rear handle is a non-original replacement).
The plane is marked 'Marples, M 7, Sheffield, England' and the Marples Shamrock logo.
This plane also features an unusual solid brass frog adjuster.
I believe this is the first time we have put a Marples M7 up for sale.
