An old Scottish military badge with the inscription 'Nemo Me Impune Lacesset' and '42'.
This badge retains its old clasp.
We understand this is the 42nd Royal Highland Regiment of Foot which as part of its more recent history in the 20th century was known as the 'Black Watch'.
We are new to badges so only have limited knowledge at present.
We haven't seen another example of this badge at this time.
