A lovely walnut infill smoothing plane with parallel sides made by Norris, London. Lateral adjuster is marked with a faded Norris patent number. Cap iron is stamped Norris London, parallel iron is made by I.Sorby, probably original to the plane. Blade has 35mm of blade left to slot. Norris planes were considered Rolls Royce of tools.
