A nice old parallel sided Norris 51 smoothing plane made by Norris, London.
Plane is fitted with a 'Norris, London' plane iron. Front end of plane is stamped 'Annealed, Reg no. 037723'. Rear adjuster is stamped 'Patent, Norris London, No 199198-22'.
