An old wooden handled Crownshaw hand saw.
The hardwood handle on this old saw is fitted with a large brass button medallion.
The saw blade has a good maker mark 'Crownshaw Chapman & Co, Don Saw Works, Cast Steel, Sheffield'.
This saw came from a life-long saw collector.
We believe this saw dates to C.1876 - 1880's

Condition: blade has tiny curve, all teeth present, the saw is reasonably sharp but would benefit from a sharpen with several dull points, please see photos for condition.
