An old Lund's patent lever corkscrew.
This antique corkscrew patented design worked by screwing the pull corkscrew into the wine bottle cork and then hooking the Lund lever through the eye of the corkscrew and then steadily pushing down on the lever handle to lever the cork out.
What a great bit of theatre at the dinner table.
