A good example for its age of an increasingly scarce early low knob Stanley Jointer Plane No. 8 with corrugated sole (No. 8C).
This lovely old Stanley plane has Rosewood handles including a bulbous low front knob.
The plane is fitted with a 'Stanley Rule & Level' cutter.
The plane body has patent dates of 1902.
