An Old Starrett Dual Marking Gauge / Scratch Gauge No 429.
This tool came from an old engineer, a lot of his tools appear to date to 1910's-1930's and have been kept in very good condition.
(not 100% on date, I've seen one dated to 1930 - in super condition)
