An old unusual spokeshave.
This spokeshave has the cutter set on a sprung bed.
Condition: I was wondering if the hole at the top where the spring is should maybe have a screw however there is no thread in the hole or at the end of the hole so I am guessing the hole is a design feature, please see photos for condition.
