An old scarce wooden bullnose chamfer plane.
The plane has an adjustable fence.
Fitted with a 'Withington' cutter.
The cutter has been imprinted 'faulty' at the time of forging yet it looks fine and looks to have been used for years with this cutter (please see photos).
