British Legion was created in 1921 after WW1. It was formed to care for people who had suffered due to service in the forces during the World war. This badge would have been worn by a soldier of the affected family. The badge is stamped with ‘323008’ ‘Birmingham Medal Co’. We believe this badge dates around the 1930s.
