An old Spiers Of Ayr Smoothing Plane with original Spiers Of Ayr lever cap, cap iron and plane iron.
The plane iron has a date which either says 1840 or 1860, I think it says 1840, it also has the ministry mark.
Condition: all parts move freely, please see photos for condition.
